Suzanne Smitha McPherson has been teaching Positive Discipline for home and school since 1991. Now retired, she worked as a school psychologist for 35 years in the Charlotte-Mecklenburg School System where she applied PD skills in daily interaction with students, teachers, administrators and parents.
